This mod works through the existing CubeCart edit customer screen. It expands on the settings you may edit for customers, including mobile number, email preferences and manual password re-setting! This is very useful when you have a customer who cannot seem to get the password re-set by email properly.

Also, this mod allows you to add customers directly to the database through your admin screen.

When viewing the customer list, admin-added customers are distinguished from self-added customers: Self-added customers have the ip address recorded in the list, while admin-added customers display the message, "n/a - manually added" in place of the ip address.

An admin email is sent automatically to any customer you manually add, containing login information and informing them that they have been added as a customer to your store.

WHAT IS A CUBECART MOD?

It is important to note for customers who are new and totally unknowledgeable about CubeCart and php modding, that when you purchase a CubeCart mod you are NOT purchasing a "plug and play" or rather an "upload and go" module.

CubeCart mods consist of INSTRUCTIONS for editing the core php code in order to add new functionality to your webstore. This means that to install the mod, you will have to open up some core CubeCart php files in a text editor, alter the files per instructions, then upload the altered files to your website. for those customers who are uncomfortable editing their website files, we offer options to install mods for an additional fee.
