Quick Checkout CC4 v1.3.1

Speed up the Checkout in CubeCart 4 and reduce Cancelled orders because order is created once payment option is selected opposite to the standard CubeCart 4 feature!

~ If you use only one payment gateway, customer is able to add comments in Step 2 and be taken directly to the payment processor page! (PayPal Express included)
~ If you use more than one payment gateway, whole gateway selection page is to Step 2 page moved (PayPal Alternate Checkout included)!
~ once COUPON code added and CHECKOUT or PLACE ORDER NOW button used the page is updated instead of coupon loss moving to the next checkout page!

~ Skip checkout page 1 - not logged in and new customers are taken to the enhanced Registration page which replaces checkout step 1 completely!
~ Force Registration  - you can force customers to register
~ Disable PayPal button - requested feature included! Mod hides PayPal button and the PayPal Alternate Checkout becomes like standard gateway,
~ Hide PayPal PRO options - hides Payal PRO payment options. Checkout button is for Credit Card payments and Alternate Chechout PayPal button for Express Checkout, *NEW*
