The module allows you to define to use up to 30 zones or dont use zones. Zones means countries AND/OR counties. Subtotal levels you can define are:

10:2,100:10,100.01:20
subtotal 10 and lower - shipping is 2,
subtotal 100 or lower and higher than 10 - shipping is 10,
subtotal higher than 100 shipping 20,

10:20,100:10,100.01:0
subtotal 10 and lower - shipping is 20,
subtotal 100 or lower and higher than 10 - shipping is 10,
subtotal higher than 100  - shipping is FREE

Flat Rate - shipping is 5

Country ISO codes are used. County definition uses dash/hyphen next to the country a state belongs to. US-AL means Alabama in US. Very easy setting, various subtotal settings up to 30 zones!

WHAT IS A CUBECART MOD?

It is important to note for customers who are new and totally unknowledgeable about CubeCart and php modding, that when you purchase a CubeCart mod you are NOT purchasing a "plug and play" or rather an "upload and go" module.

CubeCart mods consist of INSTRUCTIONS for editing the core php code in order to add new functionality to your webstore. This means that to install the mod, you will have to open up some core CubeCart php files in a text editor, alter the files per instructions, then upload the altered files to your website. for those customers who are uncomfortable editing their website files, we offer options to install mods for an additional fee.
Refunds are not available on mods and products that have already been downloaded. We provide refunds in exceptional circumstances within thirty days of payment. We reserve the right to decide what is deemed to be an exceptional circumstance.
