Disclaimers:

• The service does not include correction of code added through the FCKeditor, except on HomePage.
• The service does not include correction of more than 100 errors.

Service to repair FCKeditor code errors on product pages can be quoted, based on the number of errors and the number of products in your store. Likewise, if you have purchased a sloppily-coded third-party skin with more than 100 errors, we can quote the repairs to your skin files based on the number of errors that occur and the amount of time estimated to repair them.

Once we have corrected the code errors on your site, and validated the code through the W3C validator, we will place the W3C Valid XHTML button on your site, at your discretion. This will show your visitors that you have taken the care to develop an interoperable web page, valid by the W3C standards!

Extended Support covers mod code adaptation once cross mod coding is required and/or minor customization is required and/or target store uses custom skin (non CubeCart stock skin).

WHAT IS A CUBECART MOD?

It is important to note for customers who are new and totally unknowledgeable about CubeCart and php modding, that when you purchase a CubeCart mod you are NOT purchasing a "plug and play" or rather an "upload and go" module.

CubeCart mods consist of INSTRUCTIONS for editing the core php code in order to add new functionality to your webstore. This means that to install the mod, you will have to open up some core CubeCart php files in a text editor, alter the files per instructions, then upload the altered files to your website. for those customers who are uncomfortable editing their website files, we offer options to install mods for an additional fee. Refunds are not available on mods and products that have already been downloaded, as there can be no way to "return" digital items.
