One end-user license allows you to install our product on a single CubeCart store unless otherwise specified. If you wish to install this product on more than one store, select the appropriate number of end-user licenses for your requirements. Unlimited license means the end user has multiple stores, and has permission to use the software on as many of his own stores as he desires. Unlimited license DOES NOT convey permission to re-sell or give away this software, or to use it on any site that does not belong to the purchaser of unlimited license.
Our Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made at this store. These software modifications are protected by copyright laws and cannot be resold, given away, or published anywhere without prior written approval from Mark Gunter or Milos Homola.
Extended Support covers mod code adaptation once cross mod coding is required and/or minor customization is required and/or target store uses custom skin (non CubeCart stock skin).
It is important to note for customers who are new and totally unknowledgeable about CubeCart and php modding, that when you purchase a CubeCart mod you are NOT purchasing a "plug and play" or rather an "upload and go" module.
CubeCart mods consist of INSTRUCTIONS for editing the core php code in order to add new functionality to your webstore. This means that to install the mod,
you will have to open up some core CubeCart php files in a text editor, alter the files per instructions, then upload the altered files to your website. for those customers who are uncomfortable
editing their website files, we offer options to install mods for an additional fee.
Refunds are not available on mods and products that have already been downloaded. We provide refunds in exceptional circumstances within thirty days of payment. We reserve the right to decide what is deemed to be an exceptional circumstance.
